The Site(s) may contain links to other websites that may be maintained by a third party. The safety of your data is important to Lendza. Thus, we employ reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from theft, unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, and loss. Security measures include firewall barriers, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, and proprietary security and authentication measures. Additionally, we restrict access to personal information to Lendza employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for Lendza, and who are subject to confidentiality obligations and who may be disciplined/terminated if such obligations are not met. While we exercise reasonable care in securing Your information through transmission (i.e. from your computer to our servers) and through storage, we cannot guarantee complete security, as no information transmitted over the Internet can ever be 100% secure. Therefore, we do not warrant security of the information transmitted to us and we are not liable for unintentional disclosure.
In the unlikely event that a data breach were to occur, Lendza will notify You within 35 business days of our knowledge of the data breach, and notify You of the nature and extent of the breach.

You may opt-out of receiving SMS from us at any time by emailing fundme@lendza.com with subject heading “UNSUBSCRIBE.” Upon receipt of Your “UNSUBSCRIBE” message, we will remove You from our mailing/contact list. Thereafter, You will no longer receive any further email or SMS messages from us.

Please be aware that your participation in certain activities provided by our Site may be limited if personally identifiable information is not submitted for the user. E-mail addresses and phone numbers received in an opt-out request will be added to our company’s Do-Not-Contact registry within ten (10) days after receipt.
